We use Digital and Giclée Printing

Giclée Prints
Giclée prints are digital prints using specialist printers which give exceptional detail.
They are almost indistinguishable from original paintings. This enables quality art to
be enjoyed by all at affordable prices.
About Giclee Printing
The Definition : Giclee (zhee-klay) - The French word "giclée" is a feminine noun that
means a spray or a spurt of liquid. The word may have been derived from the French
verb "gicler" meaning "to squirt".
The Process
Giclee prints are created typically using professional 11 ink-jet printers.
Among the manufacturers of these printers are vanguards
such as Epson, MacDermid Colourspan, & Hewlett-Packard. These modern technology printers are capable of producing incredibly detailed prints for both the fine art and photographic markets.
The Advantages
Giclee prints are advantageous to artists who do not find it feasible to mass produce their work, but want to reproduce their art as needed, or on-demand. Once an image is digitally archived, additional reproductions can be made with minimal effort. Archived files will not deteriorate in quality as negatives and film inherently do. Another tremendous advantage of giclee printing is that digital images can be reproduced to almost any size and onto various media, giving the artist the ability to customize prints for a specific client.
The Quality
Galleries around the world are displaying giclée prints alongside originals and the Magnum photo agency produce digital prints from their vast body of work for exhibitions. Giclee Prints are, without question, the closest replication of original artwork that is currently possible.

Why should I buy an art or Giclee print rather than an original?
For those looking to spruce up their home, office or workspace with fine art, giclee canvas art is an excellent option. Giclee canvas gives the same elegant look of an original oil painting, and there is even technology available to give these canvases the authentic look and feel of brushstrokes. Some of the most famous and popular artists of all-time are featured on giclee canvas. From Monet to Rembrandt to Van Gogh, you will be able to duplicate the authentic look and feel of the works of these masters on any giclee canvas.
The museum quality of these reproductions is sure to give anybody the prestige and satisfaction of a serious fine art collector. In fact, giclee canvas art does not even need to be framed with glass to look amazing - it can be a stretched gallery wrap style which is used for a canvas photo, which makes for great canvas prints. The natural texture of the canvas gives these prints the look and feel of an original oil painting. Also, prints on giclee canvas are tougher and more durable than conventional paper prints. It has been consistently shown that giclee canvas lasts longer than anything else available on the market.
Do Giclee printers use ordinary printers inks?
No. They use special light-fast inks, which, if kept out of the sun, will remain true for up to 50 years.
What kind of printing paper is used for Giclee prints?
We chose to print on to canvas as the original paintings are on canvas, and I wanted the Giclee prints to be as close to the originals as possible, not only in colour, but also in texture.

Durability of Giclee Canvas
Tests conducted on giclee canvas show they have a life expectancy of 100-200 years. Plus, when printed on high-quality heavyweight art paper, these prints possess archival standards of collectable artwork. The visual quality of giclee canvas art is visually stunning. These prints are reproduced with such precision that no dots, blurs or lines are even discernable to the naked eye. It would take a high-powered microscope to even determine how the prints were created.
Giclee canvas art is quickly becoming the new standard in the fields of art and photography. It is widely praised for its exceptional quality by major artists, photographers, galleries and museums.
